Φέτος κλείνουμε 10 Pulsar Samothraki Art Festivals!!

Εγκαινιάζουμε έτσι τη διοργάνωση με μία παράδοση που οδηγεί στις απαρχές της Τέχνης του Κινηματογράφου, αυτή της ζωντανής μουσικής συνοδείας της ταινίας: Το εμβληματικό «Νοσφεράτου: Μία Συμφωνία Τρόμου» του Φρίντριχ Μουρνάου (1922) επενδύει επί σκηνής με την πρωτότυπη μουσική που έγραψε ειδικά γι’ αυτό, ο Νίκος Βελιώτης, την Πέμπτη 6 Αυγούστου. H ταινία προβάλλεται με ελληνικούς υπότιτλους.*

Την Παρασκευή 7 Αυγούστου, η Καλλιόπη Μητροπούλου και ο Νίκος Βελιώτης θα παρουσιάσουν το «Βetween», το πρώτο solo άλμπουμ της Καλλιόπης σε παραγωγή του Νίκου. Η ευαίσθητη και γήινη πειραματική pop αισθητική, η θεσπέσια φωνή, τo βιολί και το τσέλλο, τα ηλεκτρονικά ονειρικά τοπία θα συνθέσουν μία ακόμη πολύτιμη ανάμνηση για το κοινό του Εργοστασίου.

​

Το Σάββατο 8 Αυγούστου, οι Kapten, το οκταμελές συγκρότημα από τη Θεσσαλονίκη που έγινε talk of the town χάρη στο πρώτο κιόλας άλμπουμ του, Dancing Tooth, φέρνει τον rhythm & blues, soul και jazzy ήχο του που δεν κατατάσσεται εύκολα σε είδος. Οι εκρηκτικές τους εμφανίσεις συνδυάζουν afrobeat, hip-hop, rock & soul, ξεσηκώνουν σώμα και ψυχή και ήρθε η ώρα να τους γνωρίσουμε!!

Για την Κυριακή 9 Αυγούστου, τα λόγια περισσεύουν αφού στην σκηνή του Εργοστασίου θα ανεβούν για ακόμη μία φορά οι πολυαγαπημένοι Θραξ Πανκc που γιορτάζουν τα δέκα τους χρόνια!!! Δέκα χρόνια πανκοπανηγυροψυχεδέλειας και ένας κύκλος πολλών περιοδειών σε Ευρώπη αλλά όχι μόνο, δύο δίσκους και μία μουσική επένδυση σε τραγωδία. Οι γκάιντες, τα νταούλια και οι κιθάρες είναι έτοιμες να πάρουν πάλι φωτιά!

Τι λέτε; Θα τους βοηθήσουμε να ανοίξουν θριαμβευτικά τον καινούργιο τους κύκλο;

This year we are celebrating 10 Pulsar Samothraki Art Festivals!!

​

We are thus inaugurating the event with a tradition that goes back to the beginnings of the Art of Cinema, that of live musical accompaniment to the film: The iconic “Nosferatu: A Symphony of Terror” by Friedrich Murnau (1922) will be performed on stage with the original music written especially for it by Nikos Veliotis, on Thursday, August 6.*

On Friday, August 7, Kalliopi Mitropoulou and Nikos Veliotis will present “Between”, Kalliopi’s first solo album produced by Nikos. The sensitive and earthy experimental pop aesthetic, the sublime voice, the violin and the cello, the electronic dreamscapes will compose another precious memory for the Ergostasio audience.

On Saturday, August 8, Kapten, the eight-member band from Thessaloniki that became the talk of the town thanks to its very first album, Dancing Tooth, brings its rhythm & blues, soul and jazzy sound that is not easily classified into a genre. Their explosive performances combine afrobeat, hip-hop, rock & soul, they excite body and soul and it's time to get to know them!!

​

For Sunday, August 9, words are redundant since the much-loved Thrax Punks will once again take to the Ergostasio stage, celebrating their ten years!!! Ten years of “pankopanegyropsychedelia” and a cycle of many tours in Europe and beyond, two albums and a musical setting for a tragedy. The bagpipes, the drums and the guitars are ready to catch fire again!
